Before we moved out of the city, we were dealing with increasing anxiety, stress, and migraines for a number of years. We knew many friends who had left the city and moved to the country, but city life seemed so much more exciting. We hung in there. But when it became evident that the benefits of city life were overshadowed by the drawbacks, we decided to move. Have you been having similar experiences?

Recently I’ve been reading Thom Hartmann’s book, The Crash of 2016. I’ve learned over the years, that when things start crashing it’s good to be in a safe place. For some that safe place is a big city. For others it’s a small town. Whatever’s right for you, Hartmann offers a compelling argument that making a move in 2015 rather than waiting until later may be the most important decision of your life.
